Chem Penn's Critical Charging Scale is a high-precision scale that comes in a custom-molded case. It has a slim design for easy storage and is specifically designed for R-600a and R-290 cans. The unit has a two-button keypad for easy operation, and the charge can be measured in grams or ounces. The user will be able to accurately measure the refrigerant that is needed for a precise charge. The built-in check valve will hold any remaining refrigerant within the 36-inch nylon tube. The battery-powered unit will automatically turn off its power if not used within three hours. The power comes for 3 X AAA 1.5 volt batteries, included with the scale.
